                       Enneagram Coaching is designed to achieve several goals.

  • To assist human resources leaders in applying the Enneagram to the workplace such that
    optimal communication begins to ensue between staff members, and  best practices put in place
    to maximize motivation and work performance.
  • To understand how each individual’s Type effects how they communicate, and how it is that they
    interpret what is communicated to them. The area of clear communication is perhaps the most
    pivotal for assisting individuals to work as a team, and to feel valued and motivated to contribute
    their best.
  • To assist middle managers in understanding the trigger point in each Type, which when
    triggered, sets them into negative reactivity, lowered self-esteem, and most assuredly blocks
    creative and intelligent work efforts.
  • To assist individuals who are attempting to put forth their very best work and yet, against their
    wishes, continue to either sabotage or unwittingly fail to move in the direction of their goals.  
    Enneagram coaching is pivotal for understanding the psychological and emotional issues that
    continue to blind side the best efforts of an individual.
